30 days, no questions asked. Email us within 30 days of buying Pro and we refund the full amount.

How to get a refund

  1. Email hello@sparebyte.app from the address you used to buy Sparebyte. If you’re writing from another address, include your receipt or license key.
  2. Say you’d like a refund. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re always glad to hear one.

What happens next

  • We refund the full price, including any tax you paid, to your original payment method, usually within ⚠ OWNER: e.g. 2 business days of your email.
  • Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
  • Your license is revoked. Pro switches off on your Macs at their next license check, and Sparebyte returns to Free, which still shows everything it finds.
  • Accidental double purchases are always refunded, whenever you notice.

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund from us is faster for you.

After 30 days

Write to us anyway. We look at every request and will be fair. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
